Work Exchange Team Application

This year volunteers will have the option of working 1, 2, or 3 shifts:

* 3 shifts - free weekend pass, T shirt, and copy of new album
* 2 shifts - T shirt, and copy of new album
* 1 shift - T shirt
If you already have a ticket, you can still work 3 shifts

Please note that those who qualify for a CD, being that it hasn't been released yet, they will receive the new CD via mail when it is released.

All will be notified within two weeks of submitting your application of your status on the Work Exchange Team.
If accepted and working 3 shifts, a deposit fee will be required, which is your ticket price plus a $25 no-show penalty. The deposits are taken via credit card as a temporary hold which will be is held until your volunteer shifts are completed. If you don't complete ALL of your scheduled volunteer hours, your credit card will be charged the $115.

By clicking on "Submit" below, I signify my agreement to the following:

I am applying for the Work Exchange Team at the Amberland Music Festival; there will not be any monetary compensation.
I am at least 18 years old.
I will commit to work a minimum of between 5-15 hours throughout the weekend.
I understand that failure to perform my duties as expected/required may result in my dismissal from the Work Exchange Team and loss of my deposit (credit card charged or money order cashed in)
I will complete my festival work assignment in a satisfactory way: report on time for my shift(s); stay the entire shift(s); wear assigned Work Exchange Team identification during shift(s); and respect other members of the Work Exchange Team, staff, performers, and patrons of the festival. When I am off duty I will remove the Work Exchange Team shirt so as not to be mistaken for being on duty.
I will educate myself about the campgrounds (event map) so I can help direct patrons to First Aid, ATM’s, Ice, etc. If I am approached by patrons while off duty for questions about the event, I will direct them to the nearest on duty staff.
I understand that use of alcohol and controlled or illegal substances while on duty is prohibited. Violators will be subject to immediate dismissal from the Work Exchange Team and loss of their deposits.
I agree to indemnify and hold the Shimon Presents, Perpetual Groove, Amberland employees, and affiliated partners harmless from any and all losses, claims, actions, damages, and expenses.
I agree to allow my photograph to be taken during Work Exchange activities for promotional purposes.
