The Work Exchange Team (WET), powered by Shimon Presents, is a work exchange program where you are able to experience the Bear Creek Music and Arts Festival through participating involvement. You'll see the event from a new and fascinating angle.

Have you ever been behind the scenes at a major event? If you have, you'll know it's a world unlike any other! Meet people from all around the country that share your love for live music, and your energy to roll up your sleeves and chip in! It's a great way to network, and to build lasting relationships among like-minded people.

WET members are required to complete a minimum amount of hours, separated into shifts, and in exchange will receive a full weekend festival pass, a WET tee shirt, camping, and be an important part of this amazing event!

An online deposit, equal to the amount of a weekend pass, will be required to become a WET member along with a non-refundable application fee. Please fill out the form below to receive your application and more information.
