Wakarusa Music Festival
VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Are you ready to volunteer?
You will be required to work a minimum of 15 hours throughout the weekend. In exchange, you will receive a full weekend festival pass, festival t-shirt, camping, be a huge part of this amazing event, meet new people and gain valuable experience.
Times and assignments will be announced closer to the festival date. Although filling out the application does not guarantee you a spot on the Work Exchange Team, we do have several positions available!
Step one
- You will pay a non refundable $10 application fee
- In the field below, type your full name and continue. Upon doing so, you will be redirected to our payment processing center to complete your credit card transaction
Step two
- When your payment is sucessfully complete you will see a link to the applicant registration form.
- On the applicant registration form you will be asked to fill out your complete contact information, types of work you're good at, available shift times, bands you really don't want to miss, etc. This information helps us pair applicants with the tasks at hand.
- Be sure to fully complete your form! Lots of people want on the team, but there is not room for everyone. If your application is incomplete, that will greatly hurt your chances.
Step three
- Check your email. Within two weeks of your application you will recieve an email notifying you on the status of your application.
- Watch your junk mailbox for messages coming from workexchangeteam.com or shimonpresents.com. Offfical WET E-Mails will come from either of these domains. Don't let them get lost!
